I literally can't say enough about how wonderful A-Advanced Carpet is. I've used them both professionally for carpet cleanings and emergency water extractions as a landlord, and personally to clean my own rugs, carpet, and upholstery. My home was hit hard by the January storms. The damaged included tree limb punctures and tears to the roof and impact fractures in the kitchen rafters. The damaged to the roof allowed water to pour in and damage in my kitchen ceiling, wall, flooring, and subfloor (kitchen& bathroom). Additionally, the high wind ripped off and bent the siding on 3 sides of my home. I had just bought my home six months earlier and was heart sick at the extensive damage my cute little house had suffered. Since my home was new to me and just flipped, I was very picky about the repairs and demanded assurance my home would look like it did prior to the storm damage. Advance Restoration Plus sent me Dave. He and his team were just fantastic! They repaired my home and met my end result expectations. Not only did Dave and his team restore my home but they also repired a couple small issues ( frozen lock and broken bathroom drawer track) items that were on my to do list once life was back to normal. I must add that Dave and his team members were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. What more can one ask? I highly recommend Dave, his team, and Advance Restoration Plus. Thank you guys! They were super friendly and offered multiple solutions for our carpets before move-out, but were not pushy or too salesy, just educative. Brody had a sense of humor and had great customer service. Thank you for making the place move-in ready so well!
