Yes, we had the best insurance out there but they still were only about money and were avoiding telling us things that would cost them money. It wasn’t until Advanced Restoration Plus came alongside us that we were told the truth and taken care of! They truly took care of us like family! They guided us on what to do each step of the way from finding a place to live to taking care of our burned house and lost items all the way to building our house, taking the weight and stress off of our shoulders with such gentle care and awareness of what we were going through as a family. They explained all of the insurance legalities and regulations to us so that we didn’t get taken by our insurance company and fought our insurance company when they were trying to hide things or low ball us so that we got better care and more help. Going through our house suddenly burning down in the middle of the night trying to get everyone out and save our kids in a matter of minutes is hard enough on its own. But then having to worry about where you are going to live and how you are going to work because you still have to pay the bills and mortgage on a burned down house, on top of the trauma it has caused your family. Advanced Restoration Plus took SO MUCH off our shoulders when we had enough on our plate. They are ABSOLUTELY the people you want by your side and walking you through any kind of disaster especially a fire! My family and I truly wouldn’t have come out of that so well and gotten back into a home as quickly without Advanced Restoration Plus. I HIGHLY recommend you go out and buy a fire blanket and reach out to Advanced Restoration Plus if you go through any kind of Fire, Water, Mold or Biohazard disaster! But believe me, the job they did was FANTASTIC ! If we ever ( hopefully not) need Reconstruction again I will be calling Advanced Restoration Plus !

We had an unknown leak in out bathroom. Advanced restoration came right out, set up all the equipment to dry out the damage and did it quickly and effectively. They... read more came out two separate times to make sure it was completely dried out and ready to move forward with finding the leak and repairs. They sent out a fabulous plumbing company that were also very effective found the problem right away and repaired it the same day. Great team of guys, kind, professional, and very compassionate to how frustrating and incovient for the family thus all was. Very professional team. I HIGHLY recommend this professional company.
